Donated website and independent operation

This website was donated by Sevilla Local Media in support of Gray Collegiate wrestling student-athletes and the broader wrestling community. It is an independently operated supporter website and is not the official website of Gray Collegiate Academy or Gray Collegiate Academy Athletics.

Gray Collegiate Academy and its related schools, governing bodies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, coaches, representatives, and contractors do not administer, maintain, edit, publish, control, or assume responsibility for this independent website by reason of its existence. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, those entities and persons are not responsible for the website operator’s content, advertising, solicitations, third-party links, payment processing, privacy practices, technical operations, or independent statements.

Nothing in this notice purports to release a person or organization from liability imposed by law for that person’s or organization’s own acts or omissions, or to extinguish the rights of third parties. Any separate approval, contract, sponsorship, or permission must be documented independently.

School identity and event information

References to Gray Collegiate Academy, team names, competitions, and school athletic information are used to identify the program being supported. They do not imply sponsorship, authorization, affiliation, or endorsement. Any school marks and imagery remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable permissions. Always confirm event schedules with the official athletics department before traveling.

Advertising and fundraising

Business advertisements, website sponsorships, merchandise inquiries, and fundraising communications displayed here are administered independently by the website operator unless a specific written arrangement states otherwise. No contribution or sponsorship is represented as tax-deductible without a qualifying recipient and appropriate documentation. A sponsor’s placement does not mean the academy endorses that business.
